Madrid airport has the longest journey between arrival gate and baggage claim of any airport we have ever been to. You walk for ages and then get a train to the baggage hall! Our favourite (just in case u were wondering) is Berlin where the baggage arrives at the gate. As u can tell, I’vd got time on my hands at Madrid, waiting for my suitcase… Neil
