EMI have admitted that there is a manfacturing flaw affecting some European copies of ‘Disco 3’, resulting in an audible glitch on track one, ‘Time on my hands’, at 2:17. They will issue a statment shortly detailing how flawed copies can be exchanged for perfect ones.
Pet Shop Boys would like to apologise to fans for the inconvenience.
It has also become apparent that there is a problem with the barcode on some copies of ‘Disco 3’, resulting in some sales not being reported. EMI are also investigating this at the moment.
Pet Shop Boys are unhappy with both problems which are out of their control.
