Pet Shop Boys have arrived in Miami where the North American leg of the "Electric" tour will kick off tomorrow night, September 12th, at the Jackie Gleason Theater. Over the next few weeks they'll perform in 19 cities in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Jacques Lu Cont (a.k.a.
