In celebration of receiving their award for ‘Outstanding Contribution To Music’ at this years Brit Awards, Pet Shop Boys can exclusively announce two very special live shows at Manchester Apollo on June 18th and London O2 Arena on June 19th. Their new album ‘Yes’ will be released on March 23rd, preceded by the single ‘Love Etc.’ on March 16th. The duo’s dynamic live shows have seen them work with artists, designers and directors such as Sam Taylor-Wood, Zaha Hadid, Derek Jarman and latterly opera designer Es Devlin with whom they will collaborate on tonight’s Brits performance.
Pet Shop Boys’ “Maxi-Mix” of Madonna’s “Sorry” is included on the 20th anniversary edition of her album “Confessions On A Dance Floor” which is released today. The remix topped the Billboard dance chart in the USA and was later included on Pet Shop Boys’ “Disco 4” album.
