100

My father, Bill Tennant, was born in Gateshead 100 years ago today. This photo of him was taken in 1945 when he was serving in the Royal Air Force. He was a loving and resolute man who died in 2009. Happy centenary, Dad! Love, Neil xx

I attended Rufus Wainwright’s two brilliant BBC Prom concerts with the BBC Concert Orchestra at the Albert Hall in London yesterday. He played his albums “Want 1” and “Want 2” with lavish orchestral arrangements and the added bonus of Jake Shears singing in the final encore. Bravo! Neil
