Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the preview screening of Pet Shop Boys’ 1988 feature film, “It Couldn’t Happen Here”, at BFI Southbank in London on Friday 3 April is now cancelled. Any ticket holders for the event are being contacted by the BFI to arrange a refund. The BFI hope to reschedule the event for a later date. The new remastered version of the film will be released on DVD/Blu-ray by the BFI on Monday 15 June.
